Our Heidelberg Speedmaster 106 10p B1 press is the most highly automated press available, and prints 5 colours on both sides of the sheet on every pass through the machine.
It’s also the most eco-friendly machine in its class, with virtually zero waste paper and a maximum sheet size of 740 x 1050 mm and a running speed of 15,000 sheets per hour.
That’s like driving a car through it at
80 mph.
We print at high definition 250lpi as standard on all coated stock at no extra cost, unlike other Printers who may charge extra for this high-end service.
COLOUR SUPERIORITY
Accurate colour reproduction on every printed page is critical, and we have the latest technology to achieve this for you.
We print using Hybrid Screening at high resolution ensuring the finest photographic reproduction of images, smoother tints and blends creating sharper, clearer results on every page. It is a superior quality of print versus standard printers 175 lpi.
We receive artwork in all file formats and colour calibrate it to our printing presses, guaranteeing accurate reproduction.
We ‘flight check’ artwork and can accommodate any last minute amendments or updates.
All our proofs meet the FOGRA39 Standard for reproducing colour through print, and we offer proofing options. With our dedicated OnLine Access you can upload artwork, and view proofs.
If we spot an inconsistency, a typo, an error etc, we’ll contact the customer, rectify the issue, ensuring we deliver to expectations.

CONSISTENT QUALITY
Consistent high quality is also ensured in production by our Speedmaster Press using Prinect Inpress Control. This scans every sheet of paper and ensures continual colour consistency throughout printing. The data is recorded and guarantees reprints will be an exact colour match. It’s like having a DNA colour database. Printing to the strict ISO 12647-2 standards gives you extra assurance of our high colour standards.
